Chronically dieting without strength training will only hurt you in the long run….
The weight on the scale may go down but it won't all be fat loss, you’ll lose muscle too.
Training your muscle is essential to keeping your muscle. So is eating enough protein but that’s a later topic.
The more you diet, the more muscle you are going to lose, the weaker you’ll feel, and some of your systems will stop running the way they should, like your hormones for instance.
Your body is meant to move.
Your body is meant to be fed properly.
Your body is smart enough to adapt to what you do.
