Protein Pancakes

You’re on a diet right? You’re craving pancakes too?

Here is an easy and delicious PROTEIN PANCAKE recipe for those mornings you don’t want to fall your diet but you also want a dang pancake.

Eat the pancake, stay on track, and bee happy.


Ingredients:

  • 1 serving (59g) - Krustez complete pancake mix (just add water)

  • 1 Scoop -  Protein powder (I used Select Protein – Snickerdoodle from PEScience)

  • ¼ tsp - Baking powder

  • Water

 Directions:

Add pancake mix, protein powder, and baking powder to a bowl and mix until blended.

Next add water until you get a pancake consistency. Let sit for a minute while skillet heats up.

Once skillet is heated turn down to a low-medium heat and pour batter for 2 pancakes.

Cook until batter starts to bubble and flip, finish cooking for about 1 minute.

Don’t overcook the pancakes, they will be dry. The key is to slightly under cook to keep them moist.

Add syrup and toppings or whatever it is you desire and eat up!
