Healthy Mocha Cafe
I love mocha lattes with whole milk, the sugary chocolate sauce and all but for the sake of health and a lower calorie option I make myself an alternative that is made with all real healthy ingredients.
For the milk I used unsweetend pure almondmilk with no added ingredients. This milk is far better than your almond breeze from the local store.
For the mocha flavoring I used cacao powder, agave, and cinnamon.
Mix the ingredients in your mug using a handheld mixer until it is well combined and becomes frothy like so
Next, pour in your espresso shots or a strong cup of hot brewed coffee. I topped mine with freshly ground nutmeg for an extra vibe
I bet this is going to be a go to for me during winter season. I may even add a little peppermint extract to give it that christmas feel.
